Exercise physiologist Tom is the author of Beat the Gym (William Morrow, 2011) and The 12-Week Triathlete (Fair Winds Press, 2011). A former top trainer and fitness instructor, he has starred in numerous fitness videos, including “The Abs Diet Workout” (Razor & Tie). As an elite endurance athlete Tom has completed 19 Ironman triathlons and over 60 marathons and ultra marathons.
